Safeguarding Our Community with the Safe Schools Program

The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB), including its staff, students, parents/guardians, and trustees, is dedicated to fostering a safe and welcoming learning environment that nurtures academic excellence.

This commitment is reaffirmed in the board's policies, including the Violence Prevention Policy. Every member of our community—students, educators, parents/guardians, support staff, trustees, parish priests, volunteers, and others present on school premises or at TCDSB-sponsored events — is governed by these policies and shares in the responsibility to cultivate a positive environment. Our goal is to ensure that all spaces associated with the board promote safety, harmony, comfort, inclusivity, and respect.
